512 1.8.4 Version won't work, 1.9 works perfectly fine?

Hello,
I'm currently switching between Minecraft 1.8 and 1.9 (Because different servers demand different versions... :/)
Therefore, I downloaded the 1.8 and 1.9 Version of PureBDCraft (both 512x)
The 1.9 Version loads perfectly fine after 10-15 secs.
The 1.8 Version loads for 30 secs. After that, I get kicked out of the Ressource Pack Folder (as it should be). But the texture pack isn't loaded?
Minecraft doesn't crash or show any type of failure, the pack just won't load...

I tried with different versions of 1.8 (1.8.4 and 1.8.8 )
I allocated 12GB!!! of Ram to MC...
In 1.9 512x I'm just using 5-7% of that Ram, so that isn't the failure... But what is?

There was a bug in MC1.8.x that stopped the 512x pack working.
