Are servers allowed to use PureBDcraft for Dynmaps?

Hey Community!

Well, my question is simple and i want to know it as fast as i can, ive tested PureBDcraft on a Dynmap and it looked extremely awesome!
But i don't want to hurt the rights of the Packcreators, so please tell me:

Am i allowed to use the PureBDcraft pack for my Dynmap(s) in public environments?
I would like to use PureBDcraft 1.7.10 64x64, if thats important

You can use it for Dynmaps as long as access to the map is free (i.e. you don't need a "Premium" account on your website).

Also don't release the PureBD dynmaps skin folder for download.

The Dynmaps will be free of course and users will only be able to watch it, they wouldnt download anything
