Customized capes

I've always wanted a cape. Not long ago, I found a website where you can wear custom capes, but only if you use their resourcepack (let's call it H) because people only can see your cape if they use the resourcepack H.
I don´t like the resourcepack H (obiously ), but I would like have my own cape and I'm sure more people too.
Would it be possible to add this feature, please ?
It's completely possible and would be very cool and fun .
PD: Would it be possible to upload your own capes in HD?
