You just need to check "Tint" option for each face of each Element of your Block.
There's a fast command to do that for a selection of Elements in the Elements Manager.

By Element you can click on "Edit" button and then in "Faces" tab.
For several Elements, use the Elements Manager then Right Click > "Tint" > "All"

If you're using Optifine or MCPatcher disable custom colours (but judging by your sky it doesn't look like it).
Otherwise it's likely it's due to the resourcepack's biome colour palette and it's kind of unavoidable that the this happens.
You can look up what the /assets/minecraft/textures/colormap/foliage.png does on Google or whatever (or maybe Sphax can help you out), but I'm guessing if you fiddle about too much you'll break the general scheme of the pack.
If I took a guess in that png above it may be the bottom right of the file that does it, but I don't really know. Never delved in to the colormaps before.
