It breaches the
License and it is categorically stated in
FAQ #4 that it isn't allowed.
You can ask the poster to remove it of respect for Sphax pointing them to the above links.

Sadly there's not much we can do to enforce the license, other then verbally telling them to take it down. I have commented on his video as a follow up. I know youtube is quite fond of not allowing content that breaches licenses, so I'll have Sphax talk to them if he doesn't remove it.
