Modifications for personal use are always allowed. No one could enforce anything anyway. But if you wish to destribute to others, then you do need permission.

As I said. Personal use is always allowed. Sharing requires permission. I am not the one who can grant such permission, you would need Sphax for that.

Please, read the FAQ. If its only for you, yes you can. If you would like to distribute it on the web, no you can't. Im sorry
