Updated resource packs

Hey since version 0.15.0 came put with official support for texture packs I've noticed alot have been slow to update it's almost like the mcpe scene is dying or something? So I'm tired of waiting and was curious if anyone could link me to a guide/tutorial on how to restructure mcpe 0.14.0 textures to be Compatible I don't think the wiki has a guide for mcpe just the pc version?
