Texture Pack failed to download

I purchased the PureBDcraft texture pack on Xbox One from the Minecraft store. Everytime I download, I get the message "download failed". How do I fix this or how do I get my money back?
Generally restarting Minecraft seems to fix the issue.
Considering we have no control over the downloads, however, I do suggest you contact Microsoft's support and state your issue, too. Maybe it's something they can fix for the future.
