[MC Issue]Glass panes missing parts when connected [1.12 r4]

I noticed a missing texture in PureBDcraft 1.12r4 (512x version; other resolutions not tested). Glass panes, when connected at multiple sides, have parts missing that appear as invisible/transparent sides. This happens on the top and bottom sides of the connected central pane (example screenshot attached.) Colored panes have the same issue.
