Problem with stained glass

I'm working on connected textures for an addon with stained glass blocks, and I'm having some problems. This is on Minecraft 1.5.2, with MCPatcher, Better Glass and Connected Textures. I followed the same pattern on the Vanilla Sphax texture pack to configure the blocks. Here are my 3 text files (I'm also linking my ctm folder with the textures):

My issue is that, although the blocks are fine when placed on the world (as you can see on the screenshot, the colors are ok, and you can see the water behind the blocks) they show as transparent blocks on my hand and on the inventory:

Does anyone know what the problem can be? I don't know what I'm doing wrong here...
