Remember all the patches are created by the community, so instead of just posting numerous requests, or bumping loads of threads consider taking some time to put a few textures together. If everyone chipped in almost all patches would be done in no time.

Enchanted Book Redesign is a mod that aims to add a way to visually differentiate enchantment books. Not just by changing the texture of the book based on what kind of enchantment it is, but it also aims to change the color of the enchantment glow to tell you what item/equipment the enchantment can be used on.
