This is my first texturing attempt and most textures needs some tweaking, but right now i'm quite happy with them. I'm open to any suggestions and want to hear what do you think, so please leave me a comment if you can ;-)

I updated patch for latest SGcraft (V 0.7.2) and I could really use some feedback so I can make it better with next version. So what do you think guys? ;-)

Just to be clear, I haven't played with these textures in-game. That said, based on the preview screenies I'd say that perhaps the metal blocks would be better with some sort of defined edge. Whether it be some sort of stroke or an actual rim (as is the case for the vanilla iron block, the IC2 machines, etc.), I think just some sort of edge is necessary. That said, other than that I think its all pretty sweet. The rest of the blocks themselves look fine. :) The items are good too!

Thank you :-) . I left them like this because this blocks should "create" actual gate ring, which is seamless, but now as you said it....I think you might be right. I'll try add some border asap and we'll see what it will look like. As for the items, thay are actually just recolored items from IC2 patch, so credits go to theirs creators. :) Thanks for suggestion.

I would do it myself if I knew how but is there anyway you or someone could backdate this patch for 1.5.2? Please :]

This would take much more time than I actually have right now. Wouldn't it be faster for you to update? ;-)

Yes, it would but I play with my wife with mods that aren't updated that she wants. I understand if you don't have time, I just figured it wouldn't hurt to ask since I don't know how to do it myself. :-?

Thank you for the reply though and you've done a wonderful job on this patch! :D

That is Understandable. If You can wait, I might be able to do it later, maybe during Christmas as a gift, it's Christmas afterall :) ...but I can't promise it, neither can I promise future support for it, sorry. :( Time is precious.
Anyway, thank You for your interest. ;-)

A couple of my friends play on a server with SG Craft and we all have installed this resource pack. For some reason the zip file didn't show up as an option in the Minecraft menu so we unzipped it and added it to the main BDCraft file. Everything shows up now, blocks, items, etc, but the stargate in it's circle form is now invisible. The event horizon shows up, and the stargate blocks show up, but as soon as it turns into a circle it goes invisible except for the edges. Any ideas? We are running the latest version of the resource pack and 1.7.2 of Minecraft and the SGCraft mod.
