They don't. A repo diff list is nonsensical to 99% of people. It's definitely not a changelog.
I didn't get a chance to look at it properly before as I was on mobile, but it does actually have proper changelogs. Shame they don't paste them to Curse when they update.

*sigh* I somehow missed adding the updated NEIHandler to the zips. No big deal, just the blocks/items in the NEI GUIs had no backgrounds (and a few icons were missing).
Fixed now.

New texture issues with 1.7.1, the Thermal Expansion Induction smelter has a new flux unlock button that is not visible with the texture pack, just thought I would mention it

Check the changelog and re-download the pack. It's definitely there and has been for a while now.

Can anyone link a thermal expansion patch download. The ones on bdcraft.net that I've found under the patch section lead to Hanfox's website and it's down at the moment...

All of my links point to a page that tells you to go to a copy.com link where everything is available.
My server finally came back online. That was pretty much 5 hours of torture.

The textures are partially broken or they simply don't work with 4.1 properly. The progression arrows in the machine interfaces are in the wrong place. Also the augmentation tab looks weird and they have some sort of offset.
