Okay.

What specifically needs to be done in order to be ready to update to Thaumcraft 6 in time for 1.12.2?

(Azanor is updating TC6 beta 9 and beyond to 1.12.2 which means it'll probably be the last Thaumcraft version for a very long time, since 1.13 is changing tons of stuff again.)

Are we missing a list of textures not done, is that where to start? I can do admin stuff I have a bit of free time, I just don't know what the artists out here need...

I hate to be another squeaky wheel, but I would like to see an updated version of this mod as well. If it can't be done yet (due to the mod not being released yet), that's fine. At the very least, could you update the 1.10.2 pack to 1.12.2 (Preferably with versions including 128x and 64x)?

I don't mind being the squeaky wheel, this is one of the greatest mods for MC, were I able to clone myself in an alternate dimension I'd go to art school and volunteer some talent! ;)

Edit: TC 6 beta 10 was released to the public yesterday.

There are 5 golem seals which still haven't been textured:

seal_guard_advanced.png
seal_pickup_advanced.png
seal_fill_advanced.png
seal_empty_advanced.png

I guess that's a place to start!

Hello all,

I'm new to the community. Been messing with minecraft mods and textures for quite some time, but never really had the patience do work on one.

Got so excited when TC6 dropped that I decided it was time I started messing with some. The modding community/texture community isn't as active as it used to be so I'm going to try and do my part to liven things up a little.

I'm currently going through the motions of converting several older BDcraft textures for TC to the new 1.12 equivalents. When I have that done, I'll post that. Hopefully this week. After that I'm going to start making some new textures. I'm fortunate that I work a 9-5 with weekends off, so hopefully I can crush out a few new textures a week. Should be a fun hobby :)

Anyway, hope I'm doing this right and wish me luck.

Because it's unhelpful and messy to have numerous threads for one mod. It makes much more sense to keep everything together.

If you have an update to the mod post it here and it may get added to the OP (likely by me), but it's less likely if you're only going to do 64x when this mod has 128x textures available and some people still actually do manage to use 128x.

It makes much more sense to do 128x and then batch resize it using something such as BIMP for GIMP.

You should also note that Novamanga already released a mod pack patch for FtB: Revelation a while ago. I suspect it probably still has some holes though. Maybe post in that thread asking him what needs doing.
