White Boxes Around GUI

On some tabs of the creative menu, the search compass and the inventory in survival, a white, semi-transparent box appears around the texture. I uninstalled Optifine in case this was causing the problem but it still existed. It is odd because it doesn't happen on every tab.

If I recall this is a bug from Tinkers' Construct (if not Forge itself or another mod entirely). I think it was fixed a while ago, but I can't be sure. Either way it's not an issue with the resourcepack itself.
