If you trying to add the tekkit textures so you can play tekkit with all the neat textures for the ores and machines then you dont need to open your minecraft.jar Just download the texture pack version from the first post here then download the same size (i.e. 12x 64x) of the original texturepack and copy all the files from the tekkit pack to the original zip then drag and drop the original zip (that should now include textures for the tekkit items) into your texturepack folder located in %appdata%/Roaming/.techniclauncher/texturepacks

Can you make a 96x resize? My computer can handle things better than 64x, but can't handle 128x.

i installed this texture almost exactly the way th written instructions say. I saw almost because i dont get the step where it says to put both in. It still hasnt worked. Is this because im on a mac?

So i'm pretty sure I installed it correctly, almost everything is working properly except my iron chests. Which looks like this.

I also noticed that the font when in menus of other chests or usable objects are a bit off or cut off. (The regular chest seems fine)

I reinstalled mine and am having the same issue.
