Okay. So I put the .zip file into my texture pack folder inside of .minecraft

Then I run MCPatcher. Let it patch. All good and done.

Then I run minecraft, it shows the Mojang thing but then crashes about 5 seconds later.

It shows with a Black Screen and sometimes a Minecraft Ran out of Memory error.

I tried to go into control panel and then to the Java control panel.
But it says the its on max for storing temporary files. (32768Mb)

I have done everything I know of to increase Minecraft Memory. Help?

What Resolution did you download? If you downloaded the 512 rez, It WILL crash your minecraft unless you have an awesome computer. Try using a lower resolution for PureBDcraft.

Having the same issue, if you plan on running the 512 Texture pack, you're going to need ATLEAST 8 gigs of RAM. With atleast 5.5 dedicated to Java if you want to run that pack. The 256 requires significantly less.

Never try to use 512x for the first try... Try using 64x, then 128x, then 256x and finally 512x if all previous work well.
Also, be sure to read the FAQ about this kind of problem
