just recently reinstalled tekkit and decided to use the 1.2.5 128x texture pack and im getting some wierd boder, im sure its because i borked up somewhere and i have fiddled with some of the optifine options to see if it made it better helped some but not much

From what I know that's when you have your graphics card settings trying to force anti-aliasing and it messes up the sides.

If that's not the case it's generally the full set of reinstalling minecraft, updating java and installing it all again.

Hanfox is right, this is due to A forced on the graphic card settings. Just disable AA for Minecraft. Winking
