I have some graphic glitches that occur with certain items that I hold in my hand. Regular blocks are fine, as are torches, but some items glitch like the examples shown below. This is not a comprehensible list of all the items that glitch--rather, they are just examples to show you what is going on.

I have the following mods installed, in the order that I list them:
Modloader
Better than Wolves
Optifine
Single Player Commands

I have the latest versions of Modloader and Optifine installed.

I have tried all iterations of installing the above listed mods to figure out which if it was a problem on my side (e.g., a crappy graphics card, etc.) or if it was due to one of the mods. I've found that this glitch disappears when I do not install Better Than Wolves.

My questions are:

Am I the only one with this issue? (i.e., Am I doing something wrong?)
Is there a way to fix this?

I would like to record using Sphax BDcraft with the Better Than Wolves mod, and it would be nice if I could fix this graphic glitch before I begin recording.
