Firstly Hello everyone,
I have just signed up to the forums and though I would say Hi.

I have been looking for a solution to a problem for awhile now and can't locate an answer. So if it is already on the forum I apolgose.

I have only recently started playing the Technic/Tekkit games and am loving them, but I am experiencing one small problem. I cant get all the ores to display properly, some still display as the default textures.

Let me try and describe what my problem is:

I downloaded the BDcraft TP and it works fine, all default items displayed fine, but the new ores like copper, tin silver were displaying as the default ores. So I looked in the forum and found the patch list/index and from here I found the file for "Simple Ores" so I downloded this and copied files into the PureBDcraft zip file.

So now I have the texpure pack working 90%, copper, tin, nether blocks all display as per the BDcraft TP.

My problem is, Silver and nicklelite and the weapons still display as per the default texture pack.

Has anyone any idea what other mod/file I need to use.

My reference for this Texture pack is the Tekkit lets play with Duncan. From his videos I can see what the textures should look like

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Tekkit and Technic are using a bunch of several Mods. You need to manually install all the patches for the included Mods of Tekkit or install a pack of all the textures for Tekkit.

You can follow this link to download a pack of all needed textures for Tekkit.

Cheers Sphax, this worked perfectly.

This helped me get the remaining of the textures as well. But, now I'm faced with intense lag. Tekkit takes 5-7 minutes just to load to the main menu and when I try and join a game I get a black screen.
Any thoughts? I'm using 64x btw.

Try 32x.

I was using 64x just fine before I combined both zips.
-EDIT-
Nevermind, I see what you mean. The merging of both would cause lag due to the extra textures and what not. Trying it now.
-EDIT-
Okay, I've been attempting to merge the add on pack with a clean 64x and 32x and neither of them work. When I try to switch from texture packs, tekkit just freezes and I'm forced to end it to try again.
