I am still running Buildcraft v3.1.6.25 and haven't updated yet, so maybe this is not an issue anymore.

You'd hope so because forcing other mods to dynamically fill a specific file is fupping stupid.

Not technically it just scales the default up to 128x or the res you are using not able to texture it

I think it just makes a 'new' texture that consists of a lot of smaller 'default' ones. So basically it doesn't scale the default one up but it makes patterned texture! I don't know if you can understand this Very Happy I'm kinda bad at explaining things. -.-

Yeah i think my judgement was premature. At first it appeared as an hd texture but on closer view it is just a tiled 16bit. Still looks pretty decent though... Lets call it... Half HD Tongue

I think the layout of the spritesheet has changed for the engines

The blocks for the engine bases have all shifted down 8 pixels... remember it's a pre-release at the moment it may not stay like that.

Or 1 pixel in the original 16x.
