That's just the structure of the textures inside the mod itself now.
Everything other than the GUIs is from the pack Caden posted in the OP. You'll need to work it out where to place things yourself from what's in there.

@HanFox: Thanks for all the help and support for a texture pack to a mod you no longer use. Your explanation of the new file structure let me fix the pack for my friends and your GUIs are just about perfect. Best of luck in future endeavors!
I've recently decided not to use it as well... I find that it holds your hand too much... Too many things feel like cheating and once you get up to the dark matter/red matter stuff, it's like: "tier two cheat mode activated!!"
I like having diamond be the technology barrier. It makes for more balanced gameplay when using all the other industrial mods.
I havn't checked the latest package yet, but is here a UI yet for the alchemical chests/bags? I made one that's probably far from perfect, but the icons all line up, ect. If not, would you like to throw it in the pack? I'll keep an eye here and if you're currently not working on one I'll send it your way.

Caden rarely does GUIs so the safe bet is that no one here is working on it.
Regardless of how imperfect your stuff is post it anyway. Better that than nothing

you need only make a map in eqex map GUI a coppy the files in the map
this works only with EE2 v1.4.4.0
works only with EE2 V1.4.4.1!!!!
this is a fix for EE2 V1.4.4.1
