I didn't even know there were thaumcraft cows/chickens... My thaumcraft TP doesn't have those pngs...

Are the original textures 16x? If that's the case, then to scale a 64x32 object to 64x, I would need to multiply it by 4 correct?

So it would be: 256x128

Looks like i found out the issue with oddly sized boots and other entity textures
they are all 256x res looks like breuk(creator of the boot textures) scaled them wrong

Yes thats correct
64x = 256x128
128x = 512x256

yeah i think so i havent actualy tested the size issue but i think this is the cause
