Weather & Tornadoes

- Extended storm system with 5 stages of increasing intensity.
- Naturally spawning water spouts, tornadoes, and hurricanes at the highpoint of storms.
- The storms rip up the terrain and toss it around.

Can you please show me how on earth I get these to work. They're in the texture pack folder and everything but it still shows up as it would in normal Minecraft.
