Sphax 1.6.2 and Pigmen
I did not try it myself yet, but it is not very strange that both of you got the same problem. Sphax might have an error in his name-scheme for these textures. He had to rename quiet a lot textures to make the switch between 1.5.x and 1.6.x. e.g. texturepack <-> resourcepack, so I would not be surprised if he mixed one up .

I get the same bug with Optifine, but if you just use vanilla MC (no MCPatcher or Optifine) it works fine so it's not a texturepack bug, it's an HD patcher bug.

It's probably my mistake. I've maybe forgot to resize the randomobs textures of zombiepigmen so the bug happens only with MCPatcher or Optifine

Have you tried Cubik?Fixed it, one texture has the wrong dimensions, just like Sphax said.
"Sphax PureBDcraft 128x MC16.zip\assets\minecraft\mcpatcher\mob\zombie_pigman2.png" needs to be 512px*512px large, currently it is only 512px*256px.

Well done for figuring it out Philipp, but for those who can't edit images they'll have to wait for Sphax to release an official fix as it's against the license to redistribute parts of the base texturepack.
