Sadly due to another game bug totally unrelated to this the update was rejected on Friday.
Which seems a bit dumb that they would reject updates due to a bug in their own code, but there we go...
As a workaround we suggest you try without the UI patch enabled. It should stop the clashing of the names.

An update was released on the 11th that should have fixed this.
