[Bug|Java|PBC] Uneven Banner Patterns

There is a current issue with the Sphax PureBD Banner Patterns. Specifically, the "Chief Indented" pattern and the "Base Indented" pattern are both not centered.

You can tell in the second picture that the triangles from the indented patterns aren't perfectly in the center.

Whilst this is unlikely to get fixed for MC1.14 we'll make sure it's correct in MC1.16+ if necessary.

This has now been fixed in the MC1.15 packs, and will also be updated whenever we next release for MC1.16.
