Hello, I've been using vanilla BD Craft for a few days now on my realm on Xbox one without any issues. My server went offline today for maintenance and ever since I can't load the game with the pack active. I've tried all the different resolutions with no success. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Xbox doesn't seem to like the recent update and we'll submit a fix soon.

For now you can fix it manually by following these steps:
  1. Open the game
  2. Navigate to Global Resources in your Options
  3. Hit the Plus icon to move the BDcraft pack to the active section
  4. Hit the Wrench icon
  5. Move the slider down to a lower number
  6. Accept the settings and let the pack load

Seems a bit weird that it worked for someone else and not you two.

If you can't get it to work (and you've updated the pack being used in Realms correctly) you'll just have to wait for whenever we can get an update out.

We can't give an ETA for that as it's entirely dependant on how long Microsoft take to verify the pack again.

What do you mean by (and you've updated the pack being used in Realms correctly) ?

Hi
I had a similar issue today on Ps4. I thought it was my fault as I did a hard reset to try to save my xp after my golems decided to play a game of tennis with me.
When I reloaded world the textures were all grey and items were transparent ish blocks. Then another reload crashed on loading (ad infinitum). Tried uninstalling pack (vanilla) several times.. Even deleted MC ..finally resorted to deleting all my saves ..the game .. EVERYTHING.. So I lost all my worlds... but still problem persisted. Was able to create a world with other textures though i.e default and city.
Finally decided to give up on vanilla and purchased PURE ... Same issue with that though.. So no I'm feeling like I wasted a lot of time and a little money.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi again.. So I just took the res 'down a notch as suggested (btw ..make sure you do it in the world settings as it didn't save on general settings for me) and it works in PURE.

Increased the res again and world crashed. Worked fine on vanilla for the past few days.

Can confirm altering res on vanilla stopped crashing on ps4

Hello everybody! I've been using PureBDCraft for Minecraft on the Xbox One for a long time. It's been a while since I've played, but just a couple of days ago I started again, but was surprised to see a little blue exclamation point next to PureBDCraft. It says there's an update, but clicking the Update button didn't do anything. Tried several times, until eventually I just said OK, whatever, and loaded it anyway.

It works great in single player. However, today I signed up for Realms, and rented a brand new Minecraft Realm. I tried loading PureBDCraft on it, and it crashes Minecraft entirely when it gets to "Building Terrain". Every time, without fail, it crashes. PureBDCraft now shows the Update button greyed out, and it's no longer an option. It also has a permanent "downloading" status when I look at it in my downloads.

So I purchased VanillaBDCraft instead. Did a full reset of the Realm, and this time loaded VanillaBDCraft on it. It worked for one single session. However, when I logged out and back in later this evening, the same thing happens. When attempting to load the Realm, Minecraft crashes back to home screen. So, my $3.99 purchase was for absolutely nothing apparently.

I took VanillaBDCraft back off, and applied one of the texture packs provided by Minecraft Realms, and it loads fine, without any problems.

I'm sure I can't be the only one experiencing this, and I know that the recent PureBDCraft update was having some issues with Xbox, but that doesn't explain the crashing with VanillaBD I'm experiencing.

I am running this on an Xb ox One X, for the record.

Any help is appreciated,

Mork
