[Game Bug|Bedrock] Static animated textures

Fire textures in the VanillaBDcraft texture pack for Bedrock Edition are static unless you stand directly next to them.

This is a quirk of Bedrock and HD packs. The only workaround we know about causes far greater issues, so currently there's nothing we can do.

It's up to Mojang to fix it.
