In PureBDCraft, the Villagers all seem to have gills on their head, or at least the Acacia, Plains, and Desert ones.
P.S. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but there's a 1-way texture on the beehives, but there are textures inside so I assume it's intentional.
P.P.S. Is it just me or does the picture look like they're just wearing ears.

The villager issue is a bug I didn't notice when Sphax changed the default villager layer. Considering the documentation of that feature it shouldn't really render it, but consistency has never been Mojang's strong point. A fix will be coming soon.
As for the "beehive", do you mean the bee nest? When looking from the inside you can see outside walls, but they're not there from the outside. This is a trick to get around how blocks will remove the faces of other blocks when placed on them. Generally unnoticeable unless you look closely.
Thanks for the report.

Mine are even crazier in the tundra biome! Thank you for all your hard work on these awesome packs - I don't think Minecraft would be the same for me without BDCraft!!
