Hi I am creating a custom Minecraft map, an adventure puzzle map of sorts. Now I would like to add some custom sounds at certain points of my game. Since I am a big fan of the Sphax PureBDcraft (SPBD) pack i would like to preferably recommend players of my map to download and install this pack. Now since I want custom sounds I would have to either add these sounds to a base pack and recommend people to download that, or add them to SPBD and then have this done as a patch, I read through the FAQ and it does not seem to cover sounds but i assume it still falls under Question 9 of the FAQ. However once i add my sounds I am not entirely sure how I go about adding the changes as a patch and was hoping for someone to point me in the right direction. I thought I would just be having another set of folders and people just drag those over into their version of Sphax but like I said, I am not entirely sure. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Yup, you just need your own zip with your files and then they can just drag/drop them in to the base pack.

Or, preferably, when MC1.7 is out they can just add your resourcepack with a higher importance than the base PureBD pack on the resource pack selection screen and it'll pull in yours stuff without needing to touch the PureBD zip at all.

Ah fantastic, thanks a bunch. The patch I make could essentially be used on any resource pack then could it not ?
