Chisel Help

I am trying to install the chisel patch that I found on this forum, but for some reason a lot of the textures are not showing up as sphax, but rather default. Maybe I do not know how to install the chisel patch? Could some one help me with this?

Maybe that's because the patch isn't finished. Not every block is textured yet so some of them are still vanilla ingame.
