So, I lurk a lot. I really like the sphax style, and find it to be the best texture pack for Minecraft that I've seen. I also am not an "artist" - I can do some crude/rudimentary manipulation of existing textures, but I haven't felt confident enough in my ability to actually try making something from scratch. I currently have a mod pack for me and a few friends that has about 160 mods in it, and I've spent a good deal of time filling in the gaps where Sphax textures don't exist. For example, I have a completely up-to-date either completed or close to completed 1.7.10 texture pack for:
Witchery
Pam's Harvestcraft
OpenBlocks
Random Things
GraveStone
Malisis Doors
Mariculture
Binnie's Mods (extra trees, botany, etc)
Gany's Mods
and a few others, most of which seem to be abandoned or not worked on frequently.
In most cases, I took what was already existing and just cranked out every missing texture. Also, I only have them in 64x because I don't use any of the other sizes. My two questions are... Are these worth sharing? If so, will I be stepping on anyone's toes by doing so?
Generally, I find my textures to be... adequate? but I generally replace them if someone else does an update. Also, this is in no way meant to be a poke at people who haven't updated a submission in a while - having done the hackery I do, I can understand completely why it takes a bit to get "real" textures completed!
