I watched SPARKST3R tutorials (all 4 video), I look all the forum thread about it but still can't make any different thing. Just colorizing and some basic changes that you can easily do with photoshop. But how can I make another item? Not colorizing, not cutting, not painting. Just another item look like sphax-style. I saw @hek100 's post and saw that picture but when I add "inner glow", "outer shadow" etc. nothing changes. Please post any photoshop tutorial to create sphax items, blocks etc. It can be picture tutorial or video tutorial but please help

You can use whatever you're comfortable with. However, most of the files that are available to use on the forum are in PSD format which generally only work correctly in PhotoShop.

Sure, post it.
Really as long as you've been keeping things simple, and not using soft shadows or gradients anything you make is likely fine.
