I am creating some texturing tutorials for you guys that are having a little bit of trouble. I will show details on the techniques and ways to get ultimate sphax textures. You may have already seen sparksters tutorials, mine are going to expand on his.

This is the channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheSillyman34

Photoshop Tools(See first if first time texturing): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Asl4XhdXY84

Ep#1 Texturing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fd4CUlWnzc
Ep#2 Path Creating: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7mz3acDFdc
Hope these are helpful for you guys.

I will also be playing a wide range of games, and mod reviews. So if you enjoy them, a like or subscribe would be nice :D

Thanks

You didn't really explain why you were sliding the sliders around. Would have been a good chance to hammer home the relatively salient piece of information that PureBD generally uses non-fuzzy edges, etc. and no rounded edges unless you're doing nether/alive stuff.

Newbies have that desire to always blend and have that fuzzy edge technically it looks better as that's how light usually looks in real life.

It doesn't bring people in on level 1 of using PhotoShop which is the daunting thing about starting textures. You're expecting people to know where polygons are and how to add effects.

You might also want to make people aware PhotoShop CS2 is freely available on the net, too ;)

Maybe do an introduction video slowly pointing things out?

I was only planning to show the different techniques on the texturing itself. But sure i can do a video showing how to use photoshop tools for texturing.

Well if you do, I'll pin this as the "Official" Unofficial guides. Maybe even just go back over some of what Sparkst3r did.
