Hello!

I'm currently working on a "DIY" patch for More Mekanism Processing

A mod that allows ores from different mods to be "processed" inside the Mekanism machines.

So far my "work" is as basic as possible... I've just taken what you've guys already done to then quickly swap the color. (At first i tried to recolor pixel by pixel but... There's a lot of shades... Also it's like each pixel as multiple shades... I'm lost) So rather than that i simply used the gimp color map settings. Desaturate, Color map etc etc.


However i'm having troubles with the pathfinding. HanFox told me the files name must be the same as the items from the mod but... There's no textures inside the mod. At least not a texture for each item added. So i was wondering what can i do about that.

It might be possible that Mekanism just has generic greyscale textures for the items you can't find, and then that handles all of those. If you load the main Mekanism patch it may change them.

i'm already using the sphax mekanism patch, doesn't change the unsupported items.

Yea, Mekanism has some grey scale items which look like they're for this sort of thing.

It just appears that the Mekanism patch is currently missing them.

Maybe if you ask nicely Llama Farmer will add them quickly, or you can just take one of the coloured ones and desaturate them.

Okey was able to MP Llama Farmer about that. Said he was okey to patch the textures. Thanks to him. :relaxed::hugging:
