I've recently stumbled upon this game.

What is Limit Theory?

LT is a space game; a procedurally generated universe and what can be calculated, is.
The universe is practically infinite in expanse and in turn, it's multiverse is even moreso.
You will never see anything twice, again in practicallity. The limits of 64bit doubles/ints begin to fall apart before you see something twice as theoretically possible in our own universe.

LT simulates realtime economies and solar systems
You can set up a base on a planet, which also have procedural naming, and have it mine ore or process a commodity and go away and leave it to it's own devices and return to find it keeps on going and the supply and demand of that resource will fluctuate accordingly.
The developer shows it off here:

Also, it's damn beautiful! It's all i've ever wanted in a space game. True limitlessness and freedom to do what I'd like as I'm not over fond of story. I like "lore" and background but having a fixed set of events is boring and not at all replayable.
