My own derivative of PureBDcraft?

I was looking through the legal stuff and it said that any of it could be waived if I obtained the copyright owners permission to do what id like. What id like it to take the 16x16 version of pureBD craft for 1.7 and edit the textures to my liking. If you'd like you can have it for download on the website but if you don't allow me to, I'll just use some other pack to modify. I just went to sphax first just 'cuz it's my favorite.
So let me know as soon as you can! thx!

@kmdude344 Just a heads up... Most of the textures on this site are modified versions of Sphax's creations. You're allowed to modify the textures, but not allowed to distribute the base PureBDCraft pack without permission.

Two things to note when modifying the texture pack. First, is you can't sell the textures under any circumstance and Sphax would not allow that, period. Second is, if you plan to distribute your derivative works elsewhere (other then this site) then you'll need to link back to this site bdcraft.net explaining that this is where the originals came from.

All that being said, if this is only for your personal/private use (friends/family), then you can do whatever you want with the textures
