I am not too sure on how possible this is but i was just getting ready to download sphax for another modpack again and i was like i wonder if they have thought about this ( sphax textures for ps3 minecraft and ps4 minecraft) theres a great number of minecraft pc users that use the playstation system for minecraft and would probably love this on there i have never suggested and company to conntact another to work with each other but it could also become an income source aswell instead of free on ps3 and ps4 like pc downloads make sphax a $1.00 to download or something 50 cents somthing and thats more than you make from pc users that download and maybe you can incorperate the sound pack seperate too just a suggestion my brain was pondering on.

Or TL;DR: It depends on Mojang (or more aptly now Microsoft) and if they're willing to let third party packs on. Sphax has even said he'd let it be published on console editions entirely free. Random legal issues and general other difficulties haven't seen the question get any closer to a proper answer in over 2 years though.
