When I tried to search the site for a mod patch, I got the following error:
404. That’s an error.

The requested URL /cse?query=waddles&cx=partner-pub-8832845725649526%3A9399363063&cof=FORID%3A11&sitesearch=&ad=n9&num=10&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fbdcraft.net%2Fsearch%2Fgoogle%2Fwaddles%3Fquery%3Dwaddles%26cx%3Dpartner-pub-8832845725649526%253A9399363063%26cof%3DFORID%253A11%26sitesearch%3D&siteurl=http%3A%2F%2Fbdcraft.net%2F was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
Also, it's not browser-specific. I initially got it in Mozilla Firefox, but Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge show the same error message when I search.

*moved to Box of Ideas*

The new website won't have a search box (whenever it finally gets launched) as it's not really useful. Moreover, I'm not really sure what that box even does. Probably similar to below.

I'll try and get Sphax to hide that box (but he probably won't have time). Instead I suggest you go to Google directly and search similarly to "site:bdcraft.net [patchname]" or just use the forum search.

Thanks for the report.

Yes, when it worked before, it was similar to the Google search you describe, though I think it added some weird partner links above the results that I don't get with a direct Google search.

I'm not impressed with the forum search - there doesn't seem to be a patch for the "Waddles" mod that I was searching for when I got the error message (I haven't tried it yet, so idk whether it's worth requesting one), but when I searched for "industrialcraft" (which I know very well has a patch), the forum search showed it as the third result on the second page, whereas the google search (with site:bdcraft.net) put it right at the top.
