Hello! I am making a JavaScript dungeon crawler, and would like to use the textures from BDCraft in the game, am i allowed to do this? would I need to get permission? If so how?

If you intend to charge for your game, you'll need to contact Sphax directly. You can get in touch with him through the PM system on the forum here. When you compose a message, type Sphax into the usernames box on the left, then click add to and you'll be able to send a direct message to him
