The overrides settings are pretty cool but not implemented yet in Cubik.
That allows many many things, I can't imagine the limits without more testing.

Have you tried
Cubik?

Overrides settings? I think I've missed something.

What about a function which allows you to select for which version you want to export it

I believe he meant combining them into the latest version so you wouldn't have to change installs based on which you wanted to export to.

I have another question for the blockmodel changes in the 1.9. Now minecraft has other blockmodels for fences and bars to edit them easyer. Currently all custom 1.8 models of them aren't working in the new snapshot. It took a long time to make custom fences and bars and I don't want to remake them all. Is there a way to use "old" models nevertheless in the new 1.9 version ?

so, in the new snapshot, all of the edit mode customazations are default. Do you know if we have to remake older resource pack models?

If you want to export to 1.8, you have to use the older version (0.93) that is included in the zip file.

Yes... you're right.
I think this would be much easier to use
