So I noticed the texture for a computer/advanced computer idling with a blinking cursor wasn't loading. Delving into the CC (computercraft) mod and Spahx CC resource pack I found the error. The pack has the blink textures, but the files that makes it blink (basically turns the png into a gif) were missing. Since it already has the textures, all that was needed was to get the .mcmeta files from the CC mod [assets>computercraft>textures>blocks] and copy them into the same path in the BDbase resource pack.
Basically the post was to ask/inform about the missing mcmeta files. Did I perhaps copy something wrong on the install? Or were they mistakenly omitted from the last pack? Or intentionally even? This was literally the only texture I've had a problem with...technically two I guess.

I just don't believe the person who was maintaining the textures really understood the importance of the blinking texture and it's mcmeta.
Though I guess it depends on the version you downloaded.
There's one by Sparkst3r which I believe is very out-of-date and one by francogp that is kind of out-of-date.

I've got the one by Sparkst3r. I haven't played around too much other than setting up a LAN server in creative, so if there's anything missing or outdated I haven't seen it yet. I just thought I'd ask/share my workaround. Thanks for the reply.

Eeeek sorry. Yeah my version will be too out of date to be relavant anymore the file structure has been rejigged since then. Ill try get it updated sometime or another

Dude, it's still nearly perfect. Aside from that hitch with the blink textures. The only things that seem untouched are the tickets, routing track, the 3 track switches, and the 4 signal blocks (though the lights on the blocks seem to pull from some non-vanilla texture). Just in the time between posts I've made a routing track and both tickets, though only for the 32x pack. I'll put screens in spoiler. If anyone is interested in the files, and if Sparkst3r says ok (since I did splice his textures with what I made), I'd be happy to share the png files. I'm likely to muck around with the switches and signals too, but only in 32x.
My adaptation of Sparkst3r's rails.
Show Unpowered/Powered. I almost exclusively use the reinforced rails, so I snagged that for consistency.

Surely those textures you've pointed out (rails, tickets, etc.) are Railcraft?
Be a bit strange to me if CC had moved to adding stuff like that.
Anyway, I'll take it that the issues are fixed. If you want to post updates to mod textures please search the forum for the correct threads.
