I always had this problem with this resource pack, with other types of glass they don't get that weird and ugly texture when I put build with them, but when I use the normal glass they don't connect with the other ones.
I tried the CTM but I don't know how to install it.

You need OptiFine from
https://optifine.net/
Once downloaded for the version of Minecraft you're playing you should just be able to 2x click the file and it will run an installation.

I have the newest version of optifine but it still have that texture, the glass don't connect with the others

Clear glass won't connect to stained glass. It never has.
However, a screenshot would help understand what you mean.

Are Connected Textures actually enabled (set to Fast or Fancy) in Options > Video Settings > Quality?

It sounds weird, but I don't have the option of ''Connected textures'' in video settings. So in response to you question, nop.

If you don't have that option then you haven't installed OptiFine.
As you appear to be using mods (at least you have a minimap from something) you can just place the downloaded .jar from the website and place it in your mods folder.
If it worked correctly the main menu will say OptiFine is installed in a bottom corner.
