Copper ore and modded Ore's with no mod texture in 1.6.4 Tekkit on Technic Launcher

So i noticed when playing tekkit in the technic launcher that the copper ore and tin ore had no modded texture and had the default texture pack applied to them. I've seen countless youtubers like the Yogscast and others that all have the modded textures. Am i doing something wrong?
