That's pretty odd. The fences aren't at all right.

Are you using any other resourcepacks besides PureBDcraft?

I have this exact same problem, can you please help?

These fences's look terrible.. it's the only blight on the resource pack!

This bug has generally been discovered to a bug in the Badlion Client. I keep telling people to report it to them to get it fixed, but evidently no one ever does so it persists.
