FPS Drop because of torch

I get massive FPS drops, if i use many torchs. Im using PureBDCraft 256x comic book style and newest OptiFine. How i can fix it? With Default texture pack, i dont have that problem.
GPU: RTX2080
CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 2700X
RAM: 32GB 3200MHz

Try enabling the "Smart Animations" setting in OptiFine's Performance settings. It's also recommended you lower, if not disable, Mipmaps.
