However sphax PureBdcraft x512 isnt running smooth on my PC even thoug i have a RTX 3090 and 32 Gb Ram

Firstly it's recommended you install OptiFine.

If you still get poor performance after that try the steps in this post by enderkitsune.

If that still doesn't work, and you just want a pure performance boost with no fancy OptiFine features, you can try Sodium for the Fabric Modding API.

i tested the x256 Version with all these settings on my Latop with an Rtx 2060 with 6 GB VRam !6 Gb Ram and an I7 8750. and the game isnt going over 15 FPS: I have the latest Version of OptiFine Installed

Try Sodium then.

Nvidia cards have been losing performance with higher resolutions packs for a while in Minecraft, and Sodium let's the cards stretch their legs better.
