so, I Downloaded The New Sphax Pure BD Craft Resource ack And I Cant Figure Out How I Install It, I Tried Putting In All The Parts Exept The How To Update And Legal But It Didnt Work...

You tried to put it where exactly?

All you need to do is put the whole unaltered zip in the resourcepacks folder in your .minecraft folder.

Just copy the ZIP file in your "resourcepacks" folder in your ".minecraft" folder

Hey! I'm having kind of the same problem in Tekkit. To start, there's no such thing as "resourcepacks" folder. I added the 128x to the "texturepacks" folder and in-game I select the texture, but it wont change :S any idea what's going on?

Tekkit doesn't use resourepacks yet, it still uses texturepacks from MC1.5

I don't think that Tekkit can work with ResourcePacks knowing it probably doesn't support Minecraft 1.6... If so, be sure to download PureBDcraft for Minecraft 1.5
