Joined the site and STILL cant get access to Chicken chucks

I am trying to join a Feed the Beast minecraft game that needs the Chicken chucks mod to allow me in.

I have joined this site and STILL I am not allowed to access the page in the forums that has a link to needed mod.
When I look out in the net I only find the jar file, not a zipped file to add to the texture pack.
I am at my wits end!

Will someone please help me so I can join the site I want to play on?

Are you talking about a texture patch?
